Payment routes you may see
These are common Malaysian payment types, not a guarantee of availability for every account. Use only the options shown in your signed-in cashier and read the current limits before confirming a transaction.
How to check an MYR deposit
- Sign in to your own account and open the cashier or deposit screen.
- Select an available MYR method and read the minimum, maximum and instructions.
- Confirm the recipient name, account number or QR details before paying.
- Approve the transaction only in your bank or e-wallet application.
- Keep the reference and check the balance before sending another payment.
Compare each payment type
| Method | Practical use | Check before approval |
|---|---|---|
| FPX | Online banking checkout | Bank page, amount and completed approval status |
| DuitNow | Bank transfer or QR payment | Recipient name and reference |
| Touch ‘n Go eWallet | Mobile wallet transaction | Wallet ownership and confirmation screen |
| Local bank transfer | Manual MYR transfer | Current recipient details and receipt |
Before requesting a withdrawal
- Use a bank or wallet account in your own name.
- Check the current minimum, maximum and account conditions.
- Review every digit of the destination account before submitting.
- Keep the request reference until the funds reach the destination.
- Do not create repeated requests while the first one is still pending.
If a transaction is pending
Check whether your bank shows a completed debit, note the amount and Malaysian time, then keep the reference. Use the support checklist to prepare a concise message without exposing passwords or full account credentials.
